The infamous Buena Vista pool in Santa Cruz, California was unearthed for a couple weeks in September for a one day contest. As if that wasn't rad enough, apparently Clifford from BL'AST has a new band, Dusted Angel. I'd heard the name but had no idea it was Clifford. Put them all together for a jam at Buena Vista and I'm sure it's a recipe for anyone with Santa Cruz, pool skating, or punk rock history to enjoy.

From what I'm told, they filled it back in with a container and then put dirt around it, to make it easy for clean up and excavation next time. Contradicting reports claim this was the last time. Here's a little article about Dusted Angel playing the 2009 contest:
