Fishwife and Inch!

Even though the whole underground punk rock thing is old at this point, it's still seems somehow very cool to know about bands that are so under the radar that a select few know about them, and that connection is what makes that awareness special. I've been listening to Fishwife a bunch lately, and Inch, too. And they're both amazing bands.

You've got my vote for Inch.

You've got my vote for Inch. Stimy was or still is in a band called Harvey Kuckles (www.myspace.com/harveyknuckles)
Check the song "Dead to Me" for the closest thing to Inch I've heard since the originals (well..kinda..1st part of dot class kinda). Congress of the Cow was cool, but short lived, eh?
Have you ever heard the 7" version of Oxidizer..it's raw and fantastic..on trademark records..you can find it through www.gemm.com or www.musicstack.com for a couple bucks. I'll learn how to record from a record to digital someday and send you it. There's a great b-side too, I think it's Dave Hepler singing.
Speaking of him, have you heard any of Helicopter's stuff..really like it. I found a 7" recently..I wonder if this is all they ever pressed, along with the full-length on Cargo?
Inch is an incredible band, especially that 2nd half of Dot Class C. I'll treasure the screened LP you sent me 2 years ago. Thanks for keeping the subject open Mark..you've put out incredible records and must feel proud. I still have that solo acoustic stuff from Stimy that we had spoken about in the past. You had mentioned another project he was involved in, but I forgot the name?
